Is this monitoring interviewers?

No. Cara's feedback is private, supportive, and directed at improving technique. Interviewers receive their own feedback and it isn't shared with managers by default. This is an enablement tool, not a surveillance tool.

What does Cara actually evaluate?

Cara assesses interviewer behavior across many dimensions: risky or illegal questions, biased or leading language, talk-time ratios, coverage of hiring-plan criteria, interview structure, candidate experience, probing-question quality, and employer-brand communication. It evaluates the interviewer, not the candidate.

How does the training connection work?

When Cara identifies a coaching opportunity, it links that specific feedback to relevant expert-led training from SocialTalent's library. The interviewer sees the issue, the evidence, and the learning path to address it — all in one flow.

Can interviewers push back on feedback?

Yes. The feedback loop is tracked — interviewers can accept or reject each piece of feedback, which helps calibrate the system and keeps it supportive rather than prescriptive.

What reports are available?
