How to Scale Recruiter AI from Prompts to Workflows

Explore how recruiters are using AI to automate repetitive tasks, standardize quality, and design workflows that support better decision-making. By the end of this mission, you’ll be better equipped to use AI as a dependable part of your recruiting process - not just a tool you experiment with occasionally.

Skills covered

What you'll learn:

  • Build AI assistants from repeatable prompts — Structure your prompting approach so that recurring recruiting tasks can be handed off to reliable AI workflows, reducing time spent on manual, repetitive work.
  • Scale AI across your recruiting team responsibly — Recognise the risks that come with wider AI adoption and put the right guardrails in place to protect quality, fairness, and compliance as usage grows.
  • Use AI to support better recruiting decisions — Know where AI adds real value in the recruiting process and where human judgement should lead, so AI becomes a tool for smarter decisions rather than a shortcut around them.
  • Understand where agentic AI is taking recruiting — Get to grips with how early agentic systems are starting to handle multi-step recruiting tasks autonomously, and what that means for how the recruiter role is changing.

This Mission Includes 4 Courses

In this course, you’ll reframe how you think about AI at work. You’ll learn the difference between organization-wide AI tools and the AI you can control yourself, understand the three levels of AI capability in recruiting, and pressure-test whether your prompting skills are ready for what comes next.
If you copy, paste, and tweak the same prompts every week, you’re ready to scale. In this course, you’ll learn how to turn repeat prompts into AI assistants (GPTs, Gems, and lightweight apps) that do consistent recruiting work for you and your team. You’ll see how to use AI itself to build these assistants, without needing technical skills.
AI only creates leverage when teams can trust it. This course focuses on what happens after you’ve built useful AI assistants. You’ll learn how recruiting teams store and share prompts and tools, put guardrails in place, and create simple governance processes that support adoption rather than slowing it down.
In this course, you’ll explore what agentic AI actually means in recruiting today. You’ll see early, realistic examples of AI working in the background, understand where human judgment still matters most, and identify safe ways to start experimenting.
