Thank you for choosing to study with SocialTalent Academy. We have included some instructions to get you started on your learning journey.

We have sent you an email with your unique link to set up your password and access the platform. Once logged in, you will see your first course is there waiting for you to press play. It’s as simple as that!

Here are instructions to set up your additional users and choose their certifications. These will also be in your email. 

  1. Sign in to the SocialTalent Platform.
  2. Click on me in the upper right corner.
  3. In the dropdown, click on admin settings.
  4. Click on User Management.
  5. And Add New User+.
  6. Fill in the user’s First Name, Last Name and Email. 
    1. In the “Role” field, choose Learner.
    2. In the Core Team, there should be only one option, select this.
    3. Leave Additional Teams empty.
    4. There should only be one option in License Pool, select this. 
  7. Select the Learning Path (Certificate) you want for this user. 
  8. Make sure the Send User Get Started Email is selected. 
  9. Click Add User
  10. Repeat for any additional users.
