Hiring processes involve many moving parts, many players, and they need someone to revolve around to keep those parts straight. As a hiring manager, that’s you. Learn how to successfully manage the different stages of hiring.
Managers will learn how to hire in special scenarios, including hiring to backfill an employee who has left or been promoted, and to hire for growth of the team and/or company.
It is difficult as a new manager to know where to begin when trying to hire, so this mission will give you the basics for scoping and hiring talent for a role. It will demonstrate how to effectively identify, source, interview and onboard new talent.
