You will expand your understanding of diversity by learning about communities who represent more than 1/3 of the world population. You will learn what challenges they face and how to address them. You will learn what challenges you face as an employer and how to overcome them. You'll learn how to create an inclusive interview process, onboarding, and off-boarding process. Last, you'll have the opportunity to take action as an organization to transform how you hire, and put your skills into practice by actually coaching two underrepresented job seekers.
