The Global Talent Competitiveness Index (GTCI) was launched last week with a detailed 2018 report on how different countries can attract and retain talent.

The GTCI has been profiling the talent attraction and growth opportunities of countries since 2013. 190 countries and 90 cities providing extensive data on how the recruitment industry operates on a global level.

“Our world is volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous, and disruption has become the new normal. Staying competitive requires new skills, and talent strategies need to adapt.”
