The SocialTalent Academy is ideal for individuals and small teams (up to 9 users). The academy is priced on a per-seat basis and provides access to SocialTalent's Recruiting content library. Users can complete multiple qualifications including Professional Certifications in Sourcing, Recruiting, and Talent Advisory within a single subscription.
The Team plan is for Recruiting teams of 10+ users who wish to develop deep expertise and skills in Recruiting, but don't require enhanced platform capabilities such as LMS integration. Team users have access to 50+ Recruiting-specific learning paths.
Enterprise is ideal for customers that need a scalable and customizable way to deploy training company-wide. Enterprise customers can access over 100 learning paths including Interviewing, DEI, Onboarding, Internal Mobility, and Leadership, with the option to purchase 50+ additional Recruiting learning paths. Enterprise customers can also avail of additional platform functionality such as single sign-on, integrations with popular learning management systems, and custom reports.
Team and Enterprise customers are billed on an annual basis, as part of a multi-year contract. Prices are per user, per year (or per organization per year for our Enterprise solution) and are billed annually. There is no monthly payment option.
The initial contracted subscription period is a minimum of 24 months for our Team and Enterprise plans. Customers can also subscribe for a longer contract period with associated discounts. At the end of the agreed contract period, customers can extend their subscription or opt out of the service.
Team and Enterprise customers are invoiced annually. Payment is typically by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or credit/debit card (with an associated fee).
The SocialTalent Academy is priced on a per-seat basis and is billed annually. There is no monthly payment option. The subscription period for the SocialTalent Academy is a minimum of 12 months. Customers can access the SocialTalent Academy with a debit or credit card immediately online or choose to receive an invoice (for companies purchasing for 3 or more users only).

Team and Enterprise users can explore all of the content within the training libraries that they have access to on the SocialTalent platform. Users are typically assigned to a Learning Path by their organization and can access any other content within their library at any time. Users can rewatch content to refresh their skills as many times as needed while they are subscribed.
Licenses may not be shared between users; each license is assigned to a specific user and their learning experience. Organizations receive a license pool that corresponds with the number of licenses purchased.
The SocialTalent Academy plan provides access to our Recruiting solution only. Learners can avail of multiple professional certifications in Sourcing, Recruiting, and Talent Advisory within a single subscription.

There are no onboarding fees for Academy users. Licenses are created immediately and login details are shared with users who can self-onboard.
We can support integrations with several leading LMS/LXPs for Enterprise customers only. All integrations require a scoping consultation with a member of our sales team and typically have an associated cost.
Team and Enterprise customers can also avail of SSO. We provide documentation that outlines the steps needed to set up single sign-on. There is no associated cost with SSO.
