One fee. Sized on your hiring, not your headcount.

We mapped 80 tasks across the hiring workflow. 37% can be fully automated, 40% are hybrid — Cara drafts, structures and flags, a human still decides — and 23% are explicitly human. That work scales with how many people you hire, not how many recruiters you employ. So does the fee.

Priced on hires, not seats

With Cara, one recruiter does the work of several, so a seat count stops telling you anything about value. Your fee is set on your expected annual hires at signature. If your volume rises or falls, the fee moves with it at renewal.

Unlimited use of every skill

No per-task metering, no usage tiers, no second invoice. Every skill in her library, used as often as your team wants. The more they hand her, the better the return, so nothing in the price should make anyone hesitate.

Runs on your own AI model

Cara's reasoning runs entirely on the approved enterprise model you already run, inside your own tools, in Slack or Teams. Nothing is stored on a SocialTalent server. The inference cost stays yours, and so does the data.

Cara starts at 1,000 annual hires, with a minimum committed annual fee of €30,000. Fees above 200,000 annual hires are quoted individually.

How teams start

Prove it in three months, on five skills, against a number you set.

Enterprises don't hire an AI teammate cold. The pilot is the full agreement scoped down and time-boxed — the same proposition, not a different product — so when it works there's nothing to renegotiate.

Why it's paid. A free trial changes nobody's behaviour and gets no internal owner. A paid pilot gets both. The fee is your committed annual fee pro-rated to three months — it starts at €7,500 — and it's a clean subset of year one if you go ahead.

Questions buyers ask.

It can mean that, or your existing team doing more. That's your call — and we won't pretend otherwise.

Cara can own completion of a task, but humans own the employment outcome — she never makes the hiring decision. You set the approval level, from approval-required through to fully autonomous, and autonomous never means unsupervised.

No — she works where your team already works, in Slack or Teams, with nothing new to learn. She runs on your own LLM, inside your own tools, and nothing is stored on a SocialTalent server.

Nothing is stored on a SocialTalent server. Your data passes through our infrastructure for a moment, to connect your own systems to your own AI model — but it's never retained, never logged, and no one at SocialTalent ever sees it.

Proven, plugged in, configurable — nobody else answers the self-build, the new-platform, and the native-feature objection at once.

Because the number of people using Cara says nothing about the value she creates. A team of six with Cara can deliver the plan of a team of ten. Charging per seat would penalise you for exactly the outcome you're paying for. Hires are a fair proxy for the size of the job, and the fee moves with your volume at renewal.

Nothing changes mid-year. The fee is committed for the term, and unlimited means unlimited. At renewal we re-size on your expected volume for the year ahead, up or down.

Yes — Cara runs entirely on your own approved AI model, from day one. She never runs on a SocialTalent model, so connecting her to your model is part of setup. It's light-touch, and we work through it with your IT team before the pilot starts.
