As we all learned from yesterday’s post regarding the 12 Books Every Recruiter Needs to Read in 2014, Dan Pink, author of To Sell Is Human, says that regardless of what you do, everyone is now in Sales. And while you may not think of your job as a recruiter in this way, what you’re really trying to achieve in recruitment, is to sell the jobs you have to potential candidates. And to sell effectively you need to have selling skills.
So with that in mind, we believe it’s important for every recruiter to take the advice of this infographic on board and use it in their day-to-day sourcing efforts. All you need to do is substitute clients, customers and buyers for candidates and investments for jobs. Happy Selling!:
