Has there been a more disruptive force in the workplace than AI?

Moving from sci-fi fantasy to mainstream practicality in the blink of an eye, artificial intelligence has established itself as the defining technology of our generation. Little else has prompted so much debate, but we’re really only scratching the surface of this new era.

The implications and scope for generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Bard, and Jasper seem limitless. Yet, as we embark on this journey it’s important to take stock and understand how this technology will impact the world of work. What does it mean for certain roles and responsibilities? How can it transform and improve? Where should caution apply? And what does training and L&D look like in this field?

In this event, we’re bringing together a host of global leaders and industry experts to answer these questions and help us all to get a little bit more AI-smart! We’ll be looking at how the workplace is adapting to AI, with specific interest in hiring and recruitment.

From automating mundane tasks to removing unconscious bias from the hiring process, AI has the capability to supercharge the workplace. But we need to understand both the potential and problems if we truly want to leverage this tech for good.

A balance must be struck between openness to change and a willingness to challenge assumptions. AI is neither a silver bullet nor death knell – it is a new frontier and one that deserves discovery.

Who is this event for?

Aimed at CPOs, CHROs, Heads of Talent, Heads of TA, and organizational leaders, this event will bring together expert voices from this sphere to discuss how AI is impacting their workplaces and share advice on how to best leverage this technology.

SocialTalent Live is an interactive event – we’ll open the floor to questions, run polls, and encourage discourse in the chat!

What will I learn?

Our goal is to facilitate discussion about how AI is proliferating through the workplace and recruiting, gauging its impact on employees, specific roles, and overall business success.

Through a series of industry expert panels and a dedicated fireside chat, we’ll deep dive into the major themes around AI that are affecting organizations while also zeroing in more acutely on how AI interacts with hiring and recruiting.
