It makes for some very interesting reading and you can be sure that the analysis is fairly accurate as nearly every IT recruiter in Europe is on LinkedIn trying to find talent.

Skills most in-demand:

First things first, when looking for Developers, we recommend that you use a boolean string like this in the Current Title field in an Advanced Search on LinkedIn:
