How To Build An Inclusive Hiring Process

Hiring inclusion is about assessing the various challenges and disadvantages that different people and cohorts may face and adjusting our practices to provide equal opportunities for everyone. This Learning Path will show you how to create an inclusive interview process and take action to transform how you hire. You will have the specific knowledge and tools to mitigate bias against forcibly displaced individuals, as well as transgender and gender non-conforming people.
