Creating a world-class candidate experience
Challenge
This global tech organization’s primary reason for partnering with SocialTalent was based on a fundamental desire to make candidate experience at the interview stage world-class. Their aim was to improve structure, drive a fair and transparent process, reduce the risk of making poor hires and better align hiring managers and TA.
Approach
After gauging hiring manager interest, the company created a senior PM team to collaborate, operationalize and deliver SocialTalent learning. In order for the training to have the biggest impact, it was deemed mandatory for any employee who participated in interviews to complete it and receive a certified award.
Business Outcome
The company saw immediate returns as candidate NPS scores rose and the number of active users continued to increase, with currently over 18,000 on the platform. Not only have there been marked behavioral changes, feedback from the users themselves has been incredible with 95% of those surveyed indicating that they would recommend the training to a colleague.
