AI Hiring Toolkit

Three free tools to bring AI into hiring with confidence.

Score your readiness, sense-check your governance, and build a rollout plan that fits your team. No demos. No email gates. Built by SocialTalent on a decade of TA enablement work.

THE THREE TOOLS

Each tool answers one question. Together they answer three.

Where do we stand? What needs attention first? How do we roll this out without breaking the function? Take them in order, or pick the one your team is stuck on.

Tool 01Diagnose

Score your TA function before you buy AI.

A short diagnostic across seven categories — process maturity, data foundations, governance, enablement capability, stack integration, change capacity, and leadership alignment. Walk away with a score, your maturity band, and a clear view of what to tackle first.

A rollout plan calibrated to your stage.

Tell us your workflow, governance environment, stack complexity, and team bandwidth. We generate a phased plan with deliverables, success metrics, and the change-management notes that decide whether AI rollouts stick.

HOW THEY FIT TOGETHER

Three tools. One workflow.

Each tool stands alone. Taken in order, they're how SocialTalent has guided TA functions through AI rollouts since 2023.

WHERE YOU ARE

Diagnose readiness

Set the baseline. Score the function across seven categories so you know what you're walking into.

Output: 0–100 score + top 3 gaps
WHAT YOU HAVE TO FIX

Sense-check governance

Pressure-test your governance posture across data privacy, audit trail, bias, policy, and monitoring. Surface the gaps that matter.

Output: risk-ranked action list
HOW YOU SHIP IT

Build the plan

Sequence the work into four phases shaped by your bandwidth and governance state. Hand it to procurement, your sponsor, or your steerco.

Output: 12–17 wk Notion plan
Are these tools actually free?
Yes. No login, no email capture, no sales follow-up. Take any one of them, download your PDF, and walk away. We’d rather you find the toolkit useful on day one than feel like we trapped you in a funnel.
Why is SocialTalent giving these away?
Because the conversations our enterprise customers ask us to facilitate are the same ones every TA leader is having right now — and most don’t have a structured way into them. The toolkit lowers that barrier. If you outgrow the free version, our paid programs are the natural next step. If you don’t, you’ve still got better tools than you started with.
Do I need to take all three?
No. Each tool stands alone. That said, the three answer different questions in sequence — readiness (where am I?), governance (what must I fix?), playbook (how do I ship it?) — so most teams end up running through all three within a quarter.
Who is this for?
TA leaders, TA Ops, and HRIS teams who are evaluating, piloting, or scaling AI in hiring workflows. The framing assumes mid-market and enterprise — the smallest function that gets meaningful value is around 50 hires/year.
Can I share the outputs internally?
Yes — they’re built for that. The Readiness PDF is board-ready, the Governance report splits cleanly across procurement / legal / TA, and the Playbook ships as both PDF and an editable Notion template.
How often do you update the rubrics?
Quarterly. The Governance Audit moves fastest because regulations are still shipping — we updated for the EU AI Act provisions in February and Colorado’s AI Act in May. The Readiness rubric is rebenchmarked every six months against new TA functions added to the dataset.

Ready when you are.
No demo required.

Pick the tool that matches where you're stuck. Each one runs in your browser, takes a few minutes, and gives you something you can hand to your team today.
