As we mentioned in our video 2 weeks ago, more job seekers than ever are using mobile devices to browse for career opportunities over the internet. A recent LinkedIn survey revealed that 72% of job seekers view company pages for career opportunities, while 64% browse for them on company social media pages. And, more than half of the survey sample indicated that they check company career pages for job opportunities from time to time. Yet, still only a few businesses have optimised their career pages for mobile devices. Fewer still have invested enough to make their application process a painless one on mobile.
